Usage
The set is used to cold-roll to material such as carbon steel,
low-alloy steel,stainless steel,non-ferrous metal;finished product
thickness≤0.5~1.5mm.

Having good figuration,the set is easily manoeuvred and its output
quantities are higher than four,six reversing roller mill.it has
many kinds of compounding,such as 2-5 uniting rolls,including four
rollers,six rollers,the working roll transmission,the support roll
transmission,four rollers or six roller combinations.
Structure characteristic
The set is assembled with rolling mill,including working
stand,universal coupling axis,bracket,lambdoidal gear seat,reducer
and main electromotor.The trasmission part is installed on the
welded metal foundation,which is advantageous to the installment
and debugging.
The set is the hydraulic pressure balance;The low speed worm wheel
is plane two envelope(avaliable to assembling under hydraulic
pressure);Guiding roller setting is placed at entrace of each
machine shelf for measuring the thickness and craft
platform,appending the steel contracts and the degreasing
equipment;Tensity is controlled by the hydraulic pressure
crimper;The cross universal coupling is the type of SWP.
Speed reducer,lambdoidal gear case of the set thin oil to
lubricate.Whereas,the depressed worm wheel,universal coupling axis
and the guiding roller bearing uses drying oil to lubricate.The
work roller bearing and the supporting roller bearing may use the
drying oil lubrication or the mist lubrication(decided by rolling
speed).Special 9Cr2Mo,86CrMoV7 cold roll alloy steel are choosen as
the material of the serial rollers.the working roller belongs to
the roller-needle bearing,the supporting rollers is the FCD
bearings special to rolling mill,being equipped the installment
which can exchange roller by hydraulic pressure.The main
eletromotor uses the direct-current timing.The electric appliances are controlled by the digital
technology,which is conveniently manipulated.
According to the customer request,we can design,make continuous
rolling mill groups which have different specification.
